Through Facebook, a group of cyclists and cycloactivists organized a ride through the parish of Olivais with the aim of showing that "we are more and more" and reinforce that "it is essential that the city is equipped with a network of bike lanes that ensure our safety, that of our children, that of our grandchildren". "We want to move around more safely and we want the conditions to be in place for us to opt even more for active and clean mobility in the city", writes Catarina Lopes, one of the organizers of the meeting, embraced by the Olivais Ao Pedal movement.
