Metro de Lisboa informs that "will continue to operate at its maximum available capacity, with no changes to the offer on working days" - this means a "an average interval between trains in the morning rush hours of 3.35 to 4 minutes and 6 minutes in the afternoon rush hours". "On weekends and public holidays, Metropolitano de Lisboa will reduce the number of carriages on each train and will run trains with 3 carriages each instead of 6, maintaining the timetables currently in force."says the company in a press release.
Both Carris and Metro add that they will keep an eye on user demand for their services in order to adjust the offer if necessary.
CP, for its part, guarantees that offer of "urban and regional train services will remain unchanged"Therefore, all timetables and trains will continue to operate on weekdays and weekends..
