As of this Monday, November 15th, there is a new Carris bus connecting Sete Rios to Pólo Universitário da Ajuda in less than half an hour. It goes by the number 771 and stops at Sete Rios railway station, Campolide and Amoreiras, for example.
The 771 runs only on weekdays between 6 a.m. (first departure from Sete Rios) and 9:30 p.m. (last departure from Ajuda) and "allows improved mobility in the access to the Ajuda University Campus"., according to Carris. The 771 does not operate during the weekend.

With its terminal at Sete Rios, this new Carris line circulates via Rua de Campolide, Rua Canto da Maya, Rua de Campolide, Avenida Conselheiro Fernando de Sousa, Av. Eng. Duarte Pacheco, Viaduto Duarte Pacheco, A5, Cruz das Oliveiras, Estrada do Penedo (Estrada do Alvito and Estrada da Pimenteira towards Sete Rios), Estrada dos Marcos, Avenida Universidade Técnica and Rua Sá Nogueira, where it terminates.
