EMEL is rethinking its mobile applications and is looking for feedback not only from people who use GIRA but also from other types of apps.

EMEL's mobile experience is currently divided between two applications: one for car parking, called ePark, and another for the GIRA shared bicycles. But what if there was a single app that combined the car and the bicycle? And what if that app also served, for example, to charge the car with the Lightweight system and to access EMEL's secure, closed bicycle parking lots, the BiciParks?
What if this app also gave indications of cycle paths and the best routes to cycle in the city? What if it were integrated with public transport? Well, that's a lot of "what ifs", but it's precisely from these questions that good ideas for the future of Lisbon's mobility can be born. For now, EMEL is rethinking its mobile applications and wants to know the opinion of people who currently use one of its apps - GIRA or ePark.
If you're interested in sharing your experience, all you have to do is sign up using this form and wait for EMEL to contact you for a interview in online or face-to-face format, which should last an average of 45 minutes. Participation will be rewarded with €25 in the form of a voucher that can be used at some stores in Lisbonincluding bookstores, perfumeries, clothing stores and supermarkets.

The selection of people will be based on age, frequency of travel in Lisbon and modes of transport used. EMEL is looking not only for people who use its ePark and GIRA apps, but also apps in general to plan journeys, consult information or use any mobility service in Lisbon, which includes, for example, platforms such as Google or Apple Maps, Lisboa Viagem, CityMapper, the Carris or CP app, Uber or similar, Waze or Pick Hub.
