The modernization of the Cascais Line will affect Fertagus' night services. For six weekends between February and August, there will be no traffic between Campolide and Roma-Areeiro in Lisbon. Campolide will be the terminus.

During six weekends until Augustincluding Fertagus' last night trains and some early morning trains will make their last stop in CampolideTraffic between Campolide and Roma-Areeiro stations has been suspended.
These restrictions are justified by Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP) works at Sete Rios station, related to the Cascais Line modernization. At stake is the construction of a new electric traction substation at that locationwhich will feed the railway line between Cascais and Cais do Sodré at 60,000 volts, i.e. very high voltage.
Because this work has an impact on the availability of tracks at Sete Rios station, Fertagus will stop traffic between Sete Rios and Roma-Areeiro, where the service usually ends, during six specific weekends (affecting Friday):
- 23, 24 and 25 of February;
- 5, 6 and 7 of April;
- 12, 13 and 14 of April;
- 12, 13 and 14 of July;
- 19, 20 and 21 of July;
- 9, 10 and 11 of August.

"On these days, there may also be traffic delays on Fridays and Saturdays between 8:30 p.m. and 11:35 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays between 6:35 a.m. and 8:35 a.m., due to the same intervention."also warns Fertagus, which advises passengers to find "alternatives within the Lisbon metropolitan area transport system". Note, however, that there will be a replacement bus service provided by Fertagus for the times and sections affected, stopping outside the stations that will be without the iconic blue and white trains.
CP within the normal range
CP trains will continue to run in Sete Rios on the weekends of the works, with some stopping on line 4, normally used by Fertagus. Others will make reversal maneuvers at Benfica station, which will require some timetable adjustments.
